How does the Dermapen rejuvenate the skin?
The Dermapen is the most advanced microneedling device available. Dermapen treatments are faster, safer, and produce optimal results. It uses 16 ultra fine surgical grade stainless steel needles which rotate 120 times per second. The extremely fine vertical punctures created by the needles are essentially tiny wounds in the skin. This micro trauma creates a healing response in the skin, promoting new collagen and elastin production, reducing pores, filling and softening scars and improving skin texture and pigmentation. What to expect after the treatment?
Recovery time for Microneedling is minimal. After the treatment you may notice a redness to the skin. Your skin will also be more sensitive to the sun post-treatment, so ensure you apply an SPF daily.

How many treatments are recommended?
As a general rule, 4-6 treatments are recommended for skin rejuvenation with a minimum of 4 weeks between treatments. For acne scarring and stretch marks, 6 or more treatments are recommended.
